1. Deposits

To commence any project, we may require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable as it secures our time, resources, and commitment to the project. By making a deposit, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Project Termination

If, in the unlikely case, we are unable to reach a mutual agreement on the project's direction or satisfaction, the project may be terminated at no additional cost to the client. In such cases:

• Any work completed up to the point of termination remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
• No further payments will be required beyond the initial deposit.
• Any delivered files or assets may only be used by the client if the full payment for the project has been completed.

3. Changes & Revisions

We encourage client collaboration throughout the project. However, if excessive revisions are requested beyond the agreed scope, additional charges may apply. If a client wishes to cancel a project due to dissatisfaction, our standard termination policy applies.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, such as unforeseen events preventing the completion of the project, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. This does not guarantee a refund beyond the terms stated above.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only upon full payment.
• Visionbyte UK retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any unused concepts, drafts, or preliminary work remain the property of Visionbyte UK.
